In January 2013, Godrej UK acquired Soft & Gentle and set out to completely revitalise and refresh the brand...

Working with some of the best London agencies to redesign and redevelop the brand, we created the new Soft & Gentle brand you know today. With a rich heritage of over 35 years in underarm protection, Soft & Gentle is and always has been a brand exclusively for women.

Refreshing the product

Our team of scientists and skin experts got to work on the products and developed a range now offering 48hr body responsive protection, anti-white and yellow marks and super skin kindness. All you need to do is select by your favourite fragrance!

Did you catch the big launch?

January 2014 was the month we'd all been waiting for. The introduction of the new Soft & Gentle brand to the world!

Press and PR kicked off the multi-million pound marketing campaign with major press launch with key journalists in attendance, as we proudly showcased our new range. They enjoyed the opportunity to get up close and personal with the range through interactive 'fresh zones'.

Our first TV campaign followed with the first burst alone reaching over 20 million women!

Digital and social media activities were also set in motion to maximise the brand’s online presence. This is a key platform for the brand to deliver our modern, feminine and fun personality.
